When I was young, I thought I didn’t like cooking.
Guess what?
All I needed was to move out on my own, start cooking for myself, and discover how much I actually love it.
And not only that — when I can feed someone with my recipes, sprinkled with the “not-so-secret” ingredient of love and a pinch of moonlight, I’m truly happy.
I’ve heard people say, “It takes too much time to cook” or “That’s such a complicated recipe.” The truth is, I’m impatient myself — so I’ve become very good at collecting recipes that are simple, fast, and delicious.
Lately, any time I host an event at home, the entire menu is vegan. Why? To show that food that’s kind to the Earth can be exciting, flavorful, and easy — and to make sure vegans aren’t treated as the “exception” at every party.
I’m not vegan myself, but I believe in breaking the rules and inviting everyone to the same joyful table, where no one feels left out.
Whenever I cook, I also try to keep things on the healthy side — often swapping ingredients from the original recipe for less processed, more nourishing alternatives.
Don’t expect exact measurements from me, though. As a creative spirit, I trust my eyes, my instincts, and a little bit of spontaneity.
